What is the TIMING TRAINER -ENDURANCE-?

The TIMING TRAINER -ENDURANCE- is optimized for premature ejaculation training and can be reused.

The Premature Ejaculation Training was developed based on the research results of Spanish PE (premature ejaculation) treatment specialist, Dr. Jesus Rodriguez using the TENGA FLIP ZERO.

Mr.Hosu's results of the premature ejaculation self-check was 20/20 points. His intravaginal ejaculation latency time before ejaculation measured before the start of his training was about 3 minutes.

He mentioned his concerns, "I have a complex about the size of my genitals, and when it comes to duration... I only last about a minute when I masturbate. I don't know what everyone else is doing because I can't really talk about my specifics with other people around me either."

Before the training, Mr. Hosu met with a TENGA Healthcare employee who explained in detail about the role of the pelvic floor muscles and their importance in regards to ejaculation. Through the interview, he was able to familiarize himself with the location of his pelvic floor muscles.

So let's get to the details of the training!


Training Week 1

The goal of STEP 1 is to become aware of how your pelvic floor muscles are moving during ejaculation.

 


The time until climax when using TIMING TRAINER -ENDURANCE- was also measured before taking part in Premature Ejaculation Training, and the result was 1 minute and 30 seconds, even shorter than the time during vaginal penetration, according to Mr. Hosu.

In his diary, he wrote how the feeling was just too good to be able to hold himself back from ejaculation, with the understanding that more training will be needed.


Training Weeks 2-4

STEP 2 is the longest portion of the training. Repeat the process of stimulating yourself and stopping before climax through relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles to get used to letting the feeling of ejaculation subside.


 


When he told his friend that he was participating in this training program, he was surprised to find that his friend already knew that the pelvic floor muscles regulate ejaculation.

"I still feel like I don't have the hang of it yet. I wonder if I should be trying to move my pelvic floor muscles on a regular basis." is what Mr. Hosu wrote as he continues to try and work on his training.

Although only slight, he is starting to see improvements thanks to his training.


Training Weeks 5-6

STEP 3 involves the most difficult part in this entire process, training to control the pelvic floor muscles to make the feeling of impending ejaculation subside while still continuing to stimulate yourself. Let's see how he got on.


 

He said, "Little by little, my -ENDURANCE- is increasing. Whereas at the beginning of training, I only lasted 1-2 minutes, now I am more in the 3 minute range."


The change in insertion time is shown in the graph at the end of this article.


Training Week 7

STEP 4 involves stimulating yourself in a manner closer to sexual intercourse using "Hip Thrust" Training with the TIMING TRAINER -ENDURANCE- in a fixed position. This is the last stage, let's wish him the best of luck!

As a result of completing the training, he wrote, "Honestly, I didn't extend my -ENDURANCE- time as much as I had hoped, (but) it does feel like I'm starting to gradually make progress."


Mr. Hosu commented how he will keep on with the training, as he is seeing gradual improvements!
